隨著(zhù)近幾年通信的大容量化和高速化的不斷進(jìn)展對于光纖通道或10Gb以太網(wǎng)等下一代高速通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )中的設備內使用的時(shí)鐘源要求在高頻化和低抖動(dòng)特性方面具備更高水平而且為了保證通信穩定客戶(hù)偏向于使用LVDS或LVPECL等差分輸出同時(shí)需要能夠長(cháng)期穩定工作的高可靠的差分晶振另外由于以刀片服務(wù)器為首的網(wǎng)絡(luò )設備的信息處理量增長(cháng)迅猛也不斷推進(jìn)了這些信息通信設備的高密度安裝化和低耗電化因此對各種電子元器件的小型化和低耗電化的需求日益高漲,愛(ài)普生晶振公司已經(jīng)針對大容量高速網(wǎng)絡(luò )處理系統推出了能以基波起振高頻且實(shí)現了高精度的表面聲波SAW差分晶振EG-2121CB/EG-2102CB實(shí)現了在2.5V或3.3V的條件下工作的 LVDS,LV-PECL 輸出使耗電量比本公司的原有產(chǎn)品降低了約50%,實(shí)現了低耗電。
