在核心性能指標上ABLJO展現出令人矚目的實(shí)力集成RMS相位抖動(dòng)低至75飛秒(典型值),最大不超過(guò)0.10皮秒(12kHz至20MHz帶寬),在80MHz至200MHz的輸出頻率范圍內實(shí)現了一致的低噪聲表現,在相位噪聲方面以156.25MHz載波為例@10Hz偏移處典型值為-73dBc/Hz,@1kHz偏移處低至-134dBc/Hz,@1MHz偏移處更是達到-158 dBc/Hz的極致水平,該產(chǎn)品提供17個(gè)標準頻點(diǎn),包括80MHz,100MHz,125MHz,156.25MHz,200MHz等通信與計算領(lǐng)域的常用頻率,ABLJO有源晶振采用ABLJO晶振采用14.3×8.7×5.5mm,3.3V標準供電支持LVCMOS輸出波形上升/下降時(shí)間典型值為3.0納秒,對稱(chēng)性為45%~55%,可直接兼容主流數字邏輯電平,其頻率穩定性在-40℃至+85℃寬溫范圍內達±25ppm(典型值),10年全包容穩定性(含老化)為±40ppm,充分滿(mǎn)足長(cháng)期可靠運行需求此外ABLJO晶振還提供VCXO選項頻率牽引范圍達±45ppm為鎖相環(huán)設計提供了充足的頻率調節裕量。

ABLNO晶振最令人矚目的指標是其超低相位噪聲以100MHz載波為例@10kHz偏移處典型值達到-162dBc/Hz,已逼近有源晶振低噪聲極限,以24.576MHz載波實(shí)測@10Hz偏移處典型值為-90dBc/Hz,@10kHz偏移處為-165dBc/Hz,@100kHz及以上偏移處更穩定在-166dBc/Hz,幾乎與載波噪聲基底持平,在抖動(dòng)性能方面以200MHz載波為例集成RMS相位抖動(dòng)典型值低于20飛秒,最大不超過(guò)30飛秒(12kHz至20MHz帶寬)處于業(yè)界頂尖水平,ABLNO的頻率覆蓋范圍更為寬廣,從24.576MHz延伸至200MHz,標準頻點(diǎn)涵蓋24.576MHz,50MHz,100MHz,156.25MHz,200MHz等,該產(chǎn)品采用3.3V供電輸出波形為L(cháng)VCMOS,輸出負載15pF,上升/下降時(shí)間同樣為3.0納秒,在頻率穩定性方面,ABLNO在-40℃至+85℃全溫范圍內典型值僅為±12ppm,10年全包容穩定性(含老化)為±28ppm,較ABLJO更為嚴苛,ABLNO同樣支持VCXO配置在XO配置下,其相位噪聲在10Hz至10kHz各偏移處還可額外優(yōu)化約3dB至5dB,VCXO模式下的頻率牽引范圍為±28ppm至±55ppm,控制電壓范圍0至3.3V控制端口阻抗10 kΩ,線(xiàn)性度±10%。
